Nick Soggu, President & CEO SilverTech, Inc.
As the President and Founder of SilverTech, Nick has led the company's long-term success in incremental growth from, what started out on a shoestring budget over ten years ago, to a multi-million dollar company with more than twenty employees and a "Top 6 Business to Watch in NH" ranking by Business NH Magazine. Nick is one-hundred percent focused on making sure that SilverTech delivers interactive technology solutions that provide clients with strategic business benefits by utilizing a structured, proven process – with emphasis on attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and accountability. Nick works hands-on with the team in many of the agency's key client relationships including notable brands such as Capital One, Life is good, Inc., American Water, the Union Leader Corporation, and the Miss America Organization.
Nick's previous experience includes leading senior consulting teams and high visibility technical projects at Lotus and Compaq.
In addition to his work at SilverTech, Nick also serves the community through numerous board appointments including Board of Director positions for the SEE Science Center, the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves as Chairman of the Manchester Area Colleges Consortium, the Manchester Development Corporation, the Manchester Young Professionals Network and a Board of Trustee position for the Palace Theatre. Nick is an adjunct professor and teaches Computer Science courses at a both University of New Hampshire and Merrimack College. Nick was a recipient of the 2007 "Excellence in Business" Award presented by the New Hampshire Business Review and was recently honored by The Union Leader with a 2008 "40 Under 40" award for his role as a young business leader making a real difference in the community.
Eric Esposito, Director of Technology
As a founding principal and Director of Technology for SilverTech, Eric is responsible for all technology initiatives including research and development, security, infrastructure management, custom application architecture and development, and hosting. In this role, Eric is responsible for determining a client's technical requirements as well as providing management level supervision on the use of client technologies on all SilverTech projects.
Eric has participated in numerous ground-breaking technologically innovative projects that are the backbone to our most prominent client solutions. Prior to joining SilverTech, Eric designed and developed operating systems for NASA-funded projects as part of the CATSAT Satellite Project.
William Storace, Creative Director
As Creative Director, Bill oversees all aspects of the creative and production process including project scheduling, information architecture and usability strategies, creative concept/storyboards, interactive graphic design and animation, site development, quality assurance, and testing. Bill supervises all creative and technical staff members and leads them through a structured proven process that provides the foundation for a successful project and a long-term client.
Bill has over eight years of web design and production experience and his ability to effectively communicate between technical, creative and client teams ensures that no detail gets overlooked. Bill's previous experience includes freelance web design and development roles. In addition to SilverTech, Bill enjoys providing his time and resources to the various non-profits and charity organizations supported by SilverTech.
Jeff McPherson, Director of Client Development
As the Director of Client Development, Jeff has the task of building SilverTech's client base and leads a dedicated team of strategists and client developers. His role not only includes building client relationships, but also includes recommending agency technology advancements based upon industry demand that should be brought to market by the SilverTech team. Jeff is an active keynote speaker at various colleges and universities, including Plymouth State and UNH, as well as corporate events and tradeshows.
Jeff's previous experience includes Senior Management roles at Live Avenue, Inc., WebNews Today and others.
In addition to SilverTech, Jeff holds numerous board and committee appointments including the Nackey S. Loeb School's “First Amendment Dinner”, Tri-City Expo and various Chamber of Commerce organizations.
Tessa Munson, Finance Director
As Finance Officer of SilverTech, Tessa is responsible for external financial reporting and internal management reporting, as well as corporate planning and financial operations. She demonstrates a strong track record of developing and utilizing financial and accounting systems, procedures, and internal policies. Most importantly, Tessa ensures that SilverTech remains socially responsible and active within the public service community.
Tessa joined SilverTech in February of 2006. Prior to that she held finance positions at Laugenour and Meikle, Preventive Dental Care Centers, and Hewlett-Packard in Sacramento, California.
While in California, Tessa was a member of Soroptimist International, worldwide organization for women in management, as well as several California Chambers of Commerce.
