Job Description:

The Site Producer has the responsibility of managing web projects through the production schedule, to completion and QA. He/she will work within an agreed upon timeline to deliver the project on time, on budget and on target. The Site Producer will work closely with the assigned Account Executive on every project with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate projects specifications to both clients and internal resources
• Attend all client and production meetings as needed
• Participate in weekly status calls as needed
• Schedule all work with the production team
• Work with clients as needed to secure all materials required for website production
• Provide verbal and written communication to clients regarding outstanding production work
• Provide verbal and written communication to Account Executives regarding outstanding production work
• Timely completion of client deliverables
• Accurate record keeping of all requested work
• Ability to translate customer requests to the development and design teams
• Promote high standards of professional integrity and quality
• Be a team player and help everyone do the best work they can do for our clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of digital production or marketing experience
• The ability to adapt quickly and do whatever is needed to complete projects and achieve our clients goals
• The ability to work simultaneously with multiple projects and clients
• Strong relationship management skills
• Motivated, self-starter
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• A basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• A basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar graphical editing applications
• A basic knowledge of content editing tools such as Wordpress or other content management systems
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft IIS or Linux Apache server environments is a plus
