Throughout his career, Steve has held key leadership positions at marketing agencies such as Hill Holiday and EP+Co, where he successfully led the technology teams of their CX Technology and Marketing Technology practices. Steve’s expertise spans various industries, and he has worked with prestigious brands such as Bank of America, Dunkin Donuts, Liberty Mutual, Harvard Pilgrim, and Verizon.
