As SilverTech expands nationally, strategic internal growth is a primary objective, projecting to double the team’s size in 2015. Brittany will work closely with the leadership group to identify strategic hiring opportunities, and attract and retain top talent for each internal team. Additionally, Brittany will focus on strengthening SilverTech’s award-winning culture, implementing new initiatives that promote strong employee engagement.

Brittany recently joined SilverTech from Target, where she spent over seven years as a senior member of the human resources team, focused on achieving strategic talent and culture goals that positively impacted day-to-day business operations. Her experience in human resource management has allowed her to create tactical policies that enhance the core competencies of the SilverTech team, continually addressing and maximizing full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement opportunities.
