Nick has led SilverTech’s long-term growth into a multi-faceted and successful customer experience technology company using a strategic combination of smart business, technology, engineering and community. His focus ensures SilverTech’s delivery of interactive solutions that provide clients with strategic business benefits by enhancing each touch point of the customer experience along the Lead to Loyal™ lifecycle. Earlier this year, Nick acquired Pannos Marketing located in Bedford, NH. Between SilverTech and Pannos, Nick’s organizations have grown to a team of over 100 individuals.
Nick helps SilverTech’s clients achieve business goals and remain ahead of trends and strategies to make marketing and technology tools more effective. He works hands-on with the team with many clients including JG Autographs, Compass Healthcare Advisers, Dead River Company, Edwards Vacuum, Capital One, Life is good®, American Water, Polartec®, Sharp Electronics Corporation, and the State of New Hampshire.
Nick is committed to growing New Hampshire’s economy and has been advocating on behalf of businesses and professionals for more than 16 years. He continues to spearhead programs that promote higher education’s role in the region’s economic, social and cultural well-being such as STEAM Ahead NH, Manchester Young Professionals Network and Stay Work Play, and was Chairman of the Manchester Area Colleges Consortium. His current board appointments include Northeast Delta Dental - where he serves as the Finance Committee chair and is part of the Executive Committee, and Amoskeag Industries. Past board appointments include Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, SEE Science Center, Manchester Development Corporation, Manchester Young Professionals Network, The Palace Theatre, and American Red Cross.
