On Friday April 7th, we will be presenting the second annual Western New England Healthcare Marketing Symposium at Union Station in Northampton, Massachusetts. Last year, we had so many compelling speakers and a receptive and engaged audience, so it was an easy decision to do it again. This year, our goal remains the same: provide a full day of learning, sharing and networking that is as cost-effective as possible. The registration fee for the entire day is only $65. That includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks, all within the unique setting of Union Station.
This year, SilverTech’s Samantha Maltais will present a session that will teach you the basics of how to create digital personas. As people’s expectations of websites and other digital assets change, how do you ensure that you are providing relevant, valuable experiences to the consumer? Samantha will walk you through the importance of developing personas and how they drive organizational success, including tangible steps for creating personas and effective tools for learning what consumers want.
We also have four other presenters covering a diverse range of topics, including:
- how to integrate digital video into your content marketing program;
- the importance of brand journalism for the healthcare organization;
- insights from three decades of research with referring physicians; and
- a keynote from thought leader Dan Dunlop regarding his vision of the future of physician relations and referring physician marketing (hint: think digital)!
We had a great group attend last year. If you were there, we hope you’ll join us again. And if you missed it, we hope you’ll make it this time. At the end of the day, I’m sure several of us will adjourn to one of the many amazing establishments in Northampton for some “spirited” discussion!
Last year’s event sold out, so don’t wait too long to register! For more details, and to register for the event, use this link:
