American Water collaborated with SilverTech for a complete rebranding, design, and web presence overhaul. Following the success of these projects, SilverTech continued a seven-year partnership with American Water with ongoing campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and analytics.
One of American Water’s goals was to double website usage by customers. Within eight months, SilverTech helped them surpass that goal with 118 percent growth. Website traffic skyrocketed from a respectable 150,000 visitors a month to 5.5 million – a 3,567 percent increase. Along with more page views, site visitors were also spending more time on the site overall.
