The mobility product company, Hoveround, began working with SilverTech in 2013 on a project to reimagine its brand online. The Hoveround website needed to be ‘easy’ and provide an excellent user experience, regardless of the user’s age. Additionally, the website had to be eCommerce enabled, so that a visitor could purchase a product directly if they chose to. SilverTech created a simple, ten question wizard to analyze the respondent’s answers and recommend products. The new wizard quickly saw a 150% increase in usage over the previous tool and an amazing 32% conversion rate.
To ensure compliance standards for Medicare/Medicaid, SilverTech worked with Hoveround to integrate an electronic signature for ABN forms, streamlining the purchasing process and providing a better experience for Hoveround’s customers of any age.
