As Chief Digital Officer at SilverTech, Bill leads the agency’s innovation and growth strategy by identifying, launching, and scaling new service lines that align with emerging market needs and evolving client expectations. Drawing on a strong foundation of operational leadership, Bill brings a cross-functional approach to digital transformation—bridging strategy, creativity, and technology to create high-impact solutions. He works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to develop go-to-market plans, define service structures, and ensure the successful launch and profitability of new offerings.
Prior to stepping into the CDO role, Bill served as SilverTech’s Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw company-wide delivery operations, implemented key process improvements, and played a pivotal role in team development and client success. His operational expertise has equipped him with a deep understanding of agency dynamics and client expectations, which he now leverages to shape scalable, future-ready service lines and AI and data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Bill’s ability to blend business strategy with execution ensures each new initiative is market-responsive, financially sound, and positioned for long-term growth. He acts as a strategic partner and executive sponsor on key accounts, fostering trusted client relationships and continuously looking for ways to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
