Independent Bank’s first-party customer data including products, transactions, and behavioral data along with their proprietary algorithms was leveraged to predict KLIs and segmentation for all its customers. SilverTech created a custom integration and leveraged the data and segmentation to drive personalization and targeted campaigns across the website and email channels within HubSpot.

SilverTech collaborated with Community West Bank to create a new unified website in just four months. The recent merger of Community West Bank and Central Valley Bank required a customized digital solution with seamless integration of components from both brands.

Xperience by Kentico was chosen for its robust features and functionality which SilverTech leveraged efficiently to create a single cohesive website. The modern and responsive design built with Xperience by Kentico enhanced user experience.
