Independent Bank’s first-party customer data including products, transactions, and behavioral data along with their proprietary algorithms was leveraged to predict KLIs and segmentation for all its customers. SilverTech created a custom integration and leveraged the data and segmentation to drive personalization and targeted campaigns across the website and email channels within HubSpot.

The firm earned recognition in the Banking & Payments category for its recent digital transformation work with Service Credit Union and Vantage Credit Union.

SilverTech’s collaboration with Service Credit Union centered on modernizing the organization’s digital ecosystem to better support member engagement and streamline financial interactions. The project included a complete reimagining of the website experience—introducing intuitive navigation, strategic personalization, and deeper integration with key MarTech systems. Designed to help Service Credit Union leverage member data more effectively, the new experience strengthens conversions and reinforces the credit union’s commitment to delivering an open, honest, and community‑focused financial journey.

For Vantage Credit Union, SilverTech delivered a full website redesign on the Sitefinity CMS, creating a modern digital experience supported by a more efficient content management system. The previous platform required developer involvement for routine updates and new pages. One of the project’s core objectives was to provide the marketing team with a system that allowed them to manage content independently. The new Sitefinity‑powered site enables Vantage to publish updates, launch pages, and support campaigns with greater ease while maintaining consistency across key product and member‑focused content.
