SilverTech partnered with Fiserv Raddon and HubSpot to deliver real-time personalization based upon first party data and AI-driven Key Life Indicators (KLI). Independent Bank’s first-party customer data including products, transactions, and behavioral data along with their proprietary algorithms was leveraged to predict KLIs and segmentation for all its customers.
