SilverTech partnered with Fiserv Raddon and HubSpot to deliver real-time personalization based upon first party data and AI-driven Key Life Indicators (KLI). Independent Bank’s first-party customer data including products, transactions, and behavioral data along with their proprietary algorithms was leveraged to predict KLIs and segmentation for all its customers. SilverTech delivered a comprehensive migration from a legacy platform to Xperience by Kentico SaaS, transforming backend content management while maintaining the familiar user experience for UWCU’s 170,000+ members.
This phase of the project focused on making daily operations easier by automatically updating loan rates across the website, creating user-friendly tools for staff to build rate charts without technical knowledge, and simplifying content management so updates that once took hours now take minutes.
