Like most banks, United Community Bank (UCBI) was looking to be competitive in a crowded marketplace by ‘leveling up’ their digital game. UCBI’s current website was built on the Kentico CMS by a previous vendor. It was over-customized,
outdated, difficult to update and did not conform to modern best practices for user experience.
Wanting to improve the online customer experience and make the site easier to update, UCBI reached out to SilverTech for help. They immediately felt at ease by our team’s helpful, unpretentious and ‘fun’ demeanor, while it was also apparent that we knew our stuff.
